Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs:

  • Worldwide shipping: €5
  • Shipping to the Netherlands €4
  • Orders over €100: Free Shipping

We deliver worldwide for a flat rate of €5,- (approx. $6,-) and FREE shipping on all orders over €100,- (approx. $117,-). All orders are shipped out within 2 business days from receiving your order.

  • Reliable shipping with our shipping partners Deutsche Post or Postnl.
  • All orders are shipped with track and trace, Orders outside of the Netherlands require a signature upon delivery.         

All orders except orders from the Netherlands are shipped with our shipping partner Deutsche Post, with track and trace and signed for delivery. Orders from the Netherlands are shipped with Postnl. You will receive a track and trace code in a shipment e-mail, right after we’ve shipped out your package.

Shipping lead time:

Once dispatched:

  • European orders: 2-7 business days
  • Canada, USA, Japan orders: 3-8 business days
  • Netherlands: 1-4 business days
  • All other destinations: 6-18 business days

We’d like you to receive your cycling apparel as fast as possible. From the time of receiving your order we aim to have it dispatched within 2 working days. During busy times, such as public holidays, processing times will increase, especially around Christmas. In some cases local customs procedures might increase the shipping lead time. Please note that we are dependent on the postal companies and thus cannot guarantee any delivery date.

Customs and import:

On orders outside of the European Union, local customs and import duties and fees might occur when the parcel reaches its destination. There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. Whatever fee each country outside the European Union decides to charge is something we do not have any influence over, and varies widely from country to country. Please understand when a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any customs charges incurred. If you are unsure whether you will be charged, we kindly advice you to contact your local customs authorities.
