Returns and exchanges
It might happen that your garment does not fit as expected, or that for some other reason you would like to return the goods. We give you the possibility to return a product without any reason within 30 days from purchase of the goods. We will give you a full refund, no questions asked. We could also exchange your product for a different size.
If you would like to return the goods, send an e-mail to email@example.com, tell us that you would like to return your product and provide your order number. Do this within 14 days after receipt of the goods. All products you wish to return must be in their original as-new condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. Of course you can try the garment on for size, but please do so over a base layer. We will send you an e-mail with further instructions for returning the goods. If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, let us know which size you need, if the size is in stock, we will send it out to you within 3 business days from receiving your returned item.
What happens next?
When we have received your return, we will assess the condition of the returned items. When they are in resalable condition, we will refund the total purchase price, including the original shipping fee, within 3 business days after receiving the items. Refunds will be payed back via your original payment method. If a product is not in original condition we won’t be able to accept the return. Unless a product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items are at the customer’s expense.
